Fall Jewelry Trends
Fall, as we know it in Florida, has arrived. While hurricane season brought distress to our state this year, typically we look forward to these months – cooler, quieter, and more comfortable. Within the jewelry industry it’s also when you start to see new trends emerge, which is especially exciting for us at Carats Fine Jewelry & Watches.
Luckily for all of you we’ve been keeping our eye on the runway and checking in with our favorite designers to identify what’s trending for fall 2017. While there are so many amazing looks that we love, these are the three that we’re going all in on …
Pearls have been making a come back and we’re glad to see that they’ll be sticking around. While we used to let a simple strand of pearls speak for themselves, today you can find them in all sorts of unique combinations. Top designers are mixing them with bright, colorful gemstones to create a beautiful contrast. We also love seeing them stacked or layered alongside other trending pieces.
Whether you’re off to work, meeting friends for lunch, or headed downtown for a night out, this season statement earrings are appropriate for any and all occasions. If you ask us, it’s the perfect way to add personality to any wardrobe - even if it’s just your everyday jeans and t-shirt. How big, you ask? Really, the sky is the limit, but we recommend looking for something that complements the shape of your face and makes you feel confident.
LOADS OF COLOR
This season color is in. And, we’re not talking about putting on a solitaire ruby ring and calling it a day. The trend is bold fashion pieces that are big, beautiful, and incredibly vibrant. If you’re not ready to jump straight to a VOGUE look, then start small. Look for pieces that will work with your everyday look, and in order to achieve the “bold” factor go just a little larger than you’re used to.
To get these looks, stop by Carats Fine Jewelry & Watches in Sarasota, FL. We’re excited to show you all of the ways that you can incorporate these trends into your current wardrobe.
